**Role Summary**:

- Supports the Brand / Marketing Manager in ensuring the seamless through-the-line implementation of all product launches, marketing promotions, campaigns and activities.
- Provides administrative & ad hoc support, and works closely with the Brand / Marketing Manager, functional marketing teams and in-house creative studio to manage project workflow, budgets, and keep things running like clockwork.

**Strategy & Planning**:

- Understands the marketing strategy and can articulate the strategic priorities when required
- Assists by pulling data for marketing strategy & planning, board meetings, etc.
- Helps source required info and formats it for inclusion in strategy deck

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Assists by pulling data for key meetings (e.g. weekly trading meetings), as well as ad hoc data requests

**Driving Growth**:

- Supports relationship with the Commercial team in terms of coordinating new product launches & promotional plans, and works with the merchandising team to ensure seamless integration between marketing activities, promotions and web site
- Takes on ownership of 1-2 revenue-driving channels (e.g. affiliates, CRM), including full accountability for briefing work, tracking metrics and putting in place strategies to drive growth in those channels, with support from the Brand / Marketing Manager

**Campaign & always-on execution**:

- Manages operational delivery from initial briefing through to implementation, for agreed areas of responsibility, under guidance from the Brand Manager / Marketing Manager
- Briefs in and project manages tasks in ClickUp for agreed area of responsibility, working with the studio & functional expert teams
- Writes clear, complete and compelling creative briefs, for agreed areas of responsibility

**Content Creation & Dissemination**:

- Coordinates the product list and other logistics for content creation
- Contributes ideas for content creation and proactively makes suggestions on how to repurpose content between channels
- Briefs in and manages creation of selected pieces of content (i.e. not the full annual content calendar), with guidance and supervision from the Brand / Marketing Manager

**Budget Management**:

- Have a commercial mindset when getting competitive quotes from suppliers ensuring the 3 quote system is adhered to and cost efficiency is a key driver of supplier selection

**Marketing rate card & supplier campaigns**:

- Based on supplier plan from Brand / Marketing Manager, brief in all supplier rate card activity, and check that activity goes live as per the agreed plan with the supplier
- Manage invoicing process & queries with finance team

**Stakeholder management**:

- Connect and communicate timeously to all internal and external stakeholders, and influence internal and external stakeholders where necessary to ensure delivery of agreed areas of responsibility
- Raise issues and concerns timeously and in a professional manner, and manage expectations in line with 's Values and Strategy
- Establishes and maintain good working relationships with creative studio, functional expert team and broader business

**People Management**:

- Understand how own and each team member's work and goals contribute to delivering the strategic priorities in the marketing strategy
- Ensure personal goals and KPIs are clear and that delivery against each goal is tracked and accurately reported on

**Day to day tasks not limited to**:

- Create newsletters based on the content schedule, split the suggested content up into sections and populate with products.
- Coordinate the content execution across studio, social team and commercial
- Coordinate assets required for partnerships and lead gen campaigns
- Ensure rate card assets are implemented as agreed
- Ensure coupon codes are available and correctly set up for existing campaigns
- Coordinate with studio and all relevant parties updates to the site e.g. affiliate page, carbon neutral page.
- Support retail manager with briefing in assets needed for the retail store
- Coordinate the creation of assets for paid media channels
- Delegate to the marketing intern ad hoc and ongoing tasks to support their development
- Briefing of blog articles and ensuring they are made live
- Monthly personalized discount updates
- Monthly affiliate banner briefs and approvals
- Monthly google ad briefs and approvals
- Monthly Special tile (Deals & Adhoc) briefs & Approvals (in the absence of a marketing intern)
- Social Ads briefs & Approvals (When needed)
- Manage Promo codes (Monthly + Ad Hoc) - (Supported by Lee-Anne)
- Prepare the shoot list (in the absence of a marketing intern)
- Work with the partnerships manager to bring lead gen campaigns to life
- Coordinate the ordering of stock for shoots.

KPIs:

- Newsletter execution to be on time
- Newsletter content to be on brand and revenue driving
- Meeting of deadlines across all tasks and duties
- Proactively driving ongoing process improvements
