**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Totalstay's services and properties.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness.
- Assist in managing the company's website, ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Totalstay and establish connections with potential partners and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate marketing messages.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Understanding of property management or the vacation rental industry is desirable.

**Salary**: R25,000 - R30 000 CTC based on experience

**Ability to commute**:
Although this job may be flexible at times and allow for a hybrid work situation, it requires someone who is able to travel to the company head office in Sea Point, Cape Town and to various related properties / events around the City when required. Therefore, own transport is desirable.
