As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across all our restaurants. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and social media platforms, and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a creative and organised individual who is passionate about the restaurant industry and can effectively communicate our brand's story to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain our social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- ** Event Promotion**: Collaborate with restaurant managers to promote special events and promotions through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Use data to inform marketing strategies.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, restaurant managers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency.
- ** Analytics**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- ** Graphic Design**: Create basic graphics and visuals for marketing materials using design software such as Canva

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
