**The Warehouse Administrator ensures that deliveries to and from the External warehouses works efficiently, and that the correct amount of stock is available to be sold.**

**Responsibilities**:
**External warehouses sufficient stock**
- Ensure that the external warehouses have sufficient stock, based on sales orders, historic sales and instructions from the Sales Department.
- Adjust and distribute stock levels based on upcoming promotions.

**Stock take reconciliations**:

- Do stock take reconciliations on a regular basis for Pool and Secondary SGX Warehouses, TK Warehouse, Upington Verspreiders and Takealot warehouses to identify variances.

**Audit stock movement**:

- Audit stock movement in the warehouses to determine the cause for the stock variation.
- Ensure that this information is populated to the finance department.

**Documentation at external warehouses**:

- Control the issuing of documentation at external warehouses for stock being sent to, or returned from customers.
- Ensure the correct batch numbers are documented on the delivery documentation.

**Coordinate Sales, Quality, Finance and Logistics**:

- Coordinate Sales, Quality, Finance, Quality and Logistics to manage and get rid of damaged or short-dated stock in external warehouses.
- According to the correct policies and procedures.

**Stock code transfers**:

- Process stock code transfers done at off-site warehouses in SAP.

**Data validation and analysis**:

- Data validation and analysis on stock in external warehouse

**Sales Orders and Delivery notes**:

- Loading Sales Orders and delivery notes on SAP ensuring correct batch numbers.
- Amend of sales orders according to stock availability.
- Inform all relevant departments of changes on sales orders.

**Stock from external suppliers**:

- Manage stock according to minimum stock levels.
- Ensure that the external warehouses have sufficient stock, based on sales orders, historic sales and instruction from the Sales Department.

**Health and Safety**
- Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
- Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
- Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
- Attend safety education and refresher programmes
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
- Distribute safety information as and when required
- Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times

**Requirements**:
**Qualification and Experience**
- Grade 12 minimum qualification
- Literate in Afrikaans and/or English
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel and SAP)
- 2 Years Warehouse Administration experience
- Stock Management experience
