**Junior Financial Administrator (Warehouse and Logistics) (JB4216)**
**Randburg, Johannesburg (Office Based)**
**R16 000 - R18 000 CTC per month**
**Duration: Permanent**
- A growing company specialising in sports nutrition products is looking for a dynamic Administrator with previous finance and warehouse experience._
- The position is ideal for someone who is looking to learn; is organised and can multi-task._

**Minimum Requirements**:
Completed Grade 12
Completed bookkeeping/accounting-related course preferred.
2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with Xero Accounting or any other accounting system.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Financial Administration:
Generate invoices efficiently.
Process credits accurately and promptly.
Capture invoices and bills into the accounting system with precision.
Record receipts of purchase orders in the system.
Contact customers regarding payment status.
Allocate payments and credits to relevant accounts as necessary.
Follow up on outstanding payments and discrepancies.
Distribute customer statements and communications.
Warehouse and Logistics:
Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or representative in vehicle and route planning.
Aid in organizing and planning orders for efficient warehouse management.
Assist in managing stock returns within the warehouse.
Track and follow up on Estimated Time of Arrival for stocks and orders.
Input purchase orders into the system with accuracy.
Participate actively in stock-taking procedures.
General Administration:
Maintain comprehensive product listings for retail partners.
Maintain accurate filing of all paperwork.
Place orders with suppliers for essential items such as packaging and stationery.
