Job Title: Junior Project Administrator

Location: Benoni

Overall Purpose: We are seeking a Junior Project Administrator to provide essential administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring efficient coordination and timely communication for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain project documents, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Communication Support: Facilitate team and stakeholder communications.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Task Tracking: Monitor project tasks and follow up on progress.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
  • Resource Coordination: Support resource allocation and coordination.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute project status reports.
  • Risk Management: Help identify and document project risks and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for quality and standards compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Academic: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Certification: Project Management or Business Administration Certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
