**Responsibilities**

The Junior Retail Advisor's primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring an efficient and seamless shopping experience that supports the overall success of the store.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

**Sales and Service Excellence**:

- Manage the point-of-sale (POS) process efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Offer additional services such as returns handling and after-sales support.

**Product Knowledge and Merchandising**:

- Stay updated on product information, including features and benefits, to provide accurate advice.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Ensure the store is always well-stocked, with all items priced, labelled, and barcoded correctly.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, ensuring inventory is properly displayed.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are attractively arranged.

**Operational Support**:

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to daily operations, including inventory management, store upkeep, and product display.
- Actively welcome, greet, and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product recommendations tailored to customer tastes, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Keep customers informed about sales, promotions, and store policies.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Proven **6 months - 1 year** working experience in retail sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Problem-solving abilities, especially when handling customer complaints.
- Own transport to the store is required.
