Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and Employment Equity reporting is advantageous.
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and support strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labour Law and HR compliance.
- Experience with SAGE 300 People is a plus.
- Own transport is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Support the performance management process by assisting managers and employees.
- Oversee training and development programs, including Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
- Ensure compliance with Employment Equity reporting and statutory HR requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ad hoc duties.
- Provide support for disciplinary processes and employee relations matters, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage Health and Safety administration and ECOIDA processes.
- Support the development and monitoring of HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Assist with general HR legal compliance processes.
Location: Klapmuts area.
Type: Permanent, full time position based on site.
Salary offered: R20 000 - R25 000 per month (dependent on experience), before deductions.
