Administrative Receptionist / Social Media Content Creator
- Reception - Receive guest and clients, answer, and transfer all incoming calls and take messages.
- Receiving deliveries and mail.
- Acknowledge and confirm receipt of orders.
- Process orders - write orders in delivery notebook.
- Arrange transportation for orders if needed.
- Stock management
- Handling travel arrangements
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Assist in creating and maintaining social media campaigns including design of ad’s, uploading posts etc.
- Assist in designing brochures, posters, external ads etc.
- Filling documents.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Assisting the HR manager - Capturing annual leave and sick leave, ect.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Must be fully bilingual - English & Afrikaans -write and read.
- Two to three years’ experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Knowledge of basic social media platforms Facebook & Instagram
- Knowledge & Experience with Canva & Ms Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transport
- No Criminal record
Working Hours: 08h00 till 16h30
**Salary**: R8,000 - R12,000 pm (depend on qualification and work experience)
