Role Purpose

This position is aimed at a dynamic individual who will provide an effective and efficient service to our sales channels and financial advisers by receiving, evaluating and responding to electronic and telephonic enquiries timeously.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Good general industry knowledge (financial services and insurance)
- Knowledge of Momentum’s health products offerings an advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle system an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreement to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Build relationships and provide a consistent one stop service internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with other department to resolve queries and provide timeous feedback
- Record all queries and interactions with clients on the workflow system
- Engage with clients in a client centric manner
- Maintain a broad product knowledge in order to effectively and accurately respond to customer queries in a competent and professional manner
- Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly
- Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote professional development
- Ensure demonstrate the company’s values on a daily basis
