- Previous call centre experience in a claims environment
- Matric

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Capture/register claims on the PREMIA system
- Handle administration and follow ups concerning claims
- Liaise with clients, service providers and assessors
- Handle and resolve queries from clients/service providers
- Validate claims within set turnaround time targets
- Work with difficult client/broker in high pressured environment
- Presenting claims in the claims meeting
- Attention to detail on complex claims of paramount importance
- Keen eye for a level of detail and inquisitive mind
- Conduct all the above to the required performance measurements in place and maintain high standard of quality.
