**About the Creative Art Director role**

iONLINE is looking for a dynamic, experienced and talented professional who will be in charge of developing and maintaining a creative vision that speaks to our industry, company, client and brand, providing the team with ideas to launch new and impressive projects. You will be responsible for planning out and managing various types of creative content for social media, advertisements, our websites and tools, proposals, presentations, packaging and other projects. Your goal will be to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes enterprise and channel partners “click”. You will work with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet the brand’s expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

**Key responsibilities**
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualise ideas
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide direction
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
- Present completed ideas to team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practice
- Contribute heavily to establishing the creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Design a range of content assets
- Work closely and/or manage external agencies and contractors
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects
- Maintain company creative direction and brand consistency.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a creative art director or in a similar creative role
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
- Proficient use and working knowledge of software such as Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Outstanding leadership and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Able to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong presentation skills
- Relevant education or training in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field
- Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work methodically, collaboratively and to strict deadlines
- Willingness to work remotely and asynchronously.
