**JOB PURPOSE**:
Creating a culture of customer service excellence. The role of a Colour Consultant is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales by providing tailored, expert advice that meets the aesthetic and practical needs for their building, DIY or renovation projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A background in interior design, fine arts, or a related field
- Knowledge of Colour Theory
- Design trends
- Sales skills
- Ability and passion to work with the public
- Product knowledge of paints, finishes and other materials
