**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
- Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports.
- Filing and capturing of figures on a spreadsheet
- Wages (weekly)
- Supplier Invoices
- And adhoc admin duties
**Requirements**:
- Pastel Payroll proficient
- Excellent understanding and use of Excel
Salary offered is R7 000 per month.
