Are you someone who can:

- Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives
- Deploys integrated risk management, governance, frameworks and platform capability throughout area of responsibility
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Translate ERM strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.
- Develop the strategy to optimise risk processes within ERM, enable process efficiencies and process maturity within ERM.
- Responsible to identify platform initiatives and use cases for ERM for risk management and data enhancements and deliver implementation. Oversee programme management capability within ERM to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Drive framework and platform capability for the group’s emerging risk process and group combined assurance, ensure ongoing embedment of the group’s emerging risk methodology, aggregation of emerging risk insights, establishing platform tools for emerging risk reporting and combined assurance map reporting.
- Drive information management maturity within ERM to align with Information Governance principles.
- Be the group SME on change risk oversight. Own the framework and risk oversight capabilities for the group’s change risk programme. This includes the risk in change framework and business delivery lifecycle frameworks, and ensuring embedment across the group. Drive the implementation of risk in change and risk assessment processes as well as the aggregation of change risk profile reporting. Challenge the segment’s change risk profile and processes. Responsible for change risk oversight and profile reporting.
- Own the group’s risk data aggregation and risk reporting (RDARR) framework and provide oversight of the group’s RDARR programme and ongoing compliance. Ensure governance process of the group’s quarterly risk data strategy meeting are in place and drive maturity.
- Have completed a Honours or post graduate degree in risk management or in commercial or financial management.
- Preferred qualification - Master's degree in risk management, MBA or CA(SA)
- Have 8 - 10 year experience in risk, operations and enablement functions.
- Have 2 - 3 years at management level.
