Job Specification:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Integrity**:

- Assist all departments in capturing correct and accurate data within the ERP system.
- Implement data quality controls and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any data inconsistencies or errors.

**ERP System Specification**:

- Write, review, and update specifications for the ERP system, ensuring it aligns with organizational requirements and processes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into actionable specifications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in ERP systems to propose improvements and optimizations.

**ERP System Training**:

- Conduct training sessions for all departments to educate staff on the functionality and effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Develop training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support ERP system training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any questions or concerns related to the ERP system.

**Meeting Minutes**:

- Assist in capturing accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes during relevant organizational meetings.
- Ensure timely distribution of minutes to attendees and stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized record of meeting minutes for future reference and follow-up actions.

**IT Job Closure and Opening**:

- Assist the IT department with the closure and opening of IT jobs within the organization.
- Coordinate with IT personnel to ensure efficient handling of job requests, tracking progress, and closing completed tasks.
- Provide administrative support in documenting IT job details and maintaining accurate records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data management and ensuring data integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in training and user support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of IT processes and familiarity with IT job handling is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
