Receptionist/administrator

High End Furniture Manufacturer in Sandton, JHB is looking for a Receptionist / Junior Administrator with a minimum of 2 years full time experience.
**Requirements**:
- Must have great confidence and telephone etiquette.
- Must be fluent in English - able to listen and understand instructions
- Hardworking and great attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate - Any experience on Sage Accounting is an advantage
- Must have reliable transport
- Must be able to handle pressure
- Be a Team Player
**Duties**:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately around the office / factory.
- Serving visitors with refreshment should they require.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Operates and maintains telecommunications system, screens and forwarding incoming calls for company personnel.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Receives deliveries / parcels on behalf of the company.
- Filing of company documentation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Full-time, Mon - Fri: 07:30 - 17:00
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month depending on experience and possible test results
