Administrative Support

The purpose of this role is to support CID effectively and efficiently in its functions primarily related to client onboarding, maintenance, and any administrative duties related thereto.
**Responsibilities**:
- General administrative support to the SasSec pillar within the CID
- Client record compliance
- Responsible for onboarding clients
- Liaise with clients and assist with client queries.
- Maintain strategic client relationships in support of Desk Supervisor and Corporate Traders
- Keep up to date with the Sasfin range of product offerings related to the CID
- Responsible for client maintenance queries (withdrawals, share transfers and share incentive reporting and recon)
- Assist with the administration relating to the implementation and reporting of specific trade flows (share schemes)
- Pro-actively work towards the streamlining of operational functions
- Workflow management/distribution related to CID queries
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time

**Qualifications**:
- Experience with FICA and Compliance matters
- Able to work efficiently within a team or independently
- Ability to identify problem areas within the work process and suggest new ones if necessary
- Client-centric, confident in communicating with clients
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
