Sales Executive and Marketing

itsYou will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, gathering requirements, and providing accurate and timely information about IT solutions to clients and suppliers. Clients always need to be kept up-to-date as to the status of their tickets and sales requests. The sales aspect will require you to attend to quotation requests from customers as well as potential customers. maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, establishes sales goals, and meets them.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Research and implement a system that we can use for documenting suppliers’ information and ensuring that the information is always up-to-date.
- Familiarize yourself with Microsoft 365 and the benefits for customers
- Liaise with customers regarding ticket statuses, quotes, or other queries they may have. Ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with management and clients in a clear and polite manner.
- Attending Training courses as and when required
- Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals.
- Become fluent in all products and services offered in order to provide the client with the right solution.
- Assist with the creation of marketing literature in order to improve sales.
- Liaise with suppliers when compiling a quote.
- Attend sales seminars/conferences held by suppliers.
- Assist and manage IT Plus Technologies online store and product catalogue.

**Education and Skills**:
- Confident / Good communicator and organizationalskills.
- likeable person to deal with suppliers and customers
- Accounting package and spreadsheet experience
- Knows and understands tech terms and technical background advantageous Basic knowledge of computer components
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer Service. Follow up with customers and suppliers
- Self-motivated and highly professional
- Ability to operate independently and see a task to completion
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- You must also be able to demonstrate you can work in an organized way, with good literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
- Valid driver’s license, own transport, and willingness to travel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month
