The Administrator would also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the Policy Administration department.

**Job description & duties**:

- Dealing with clients regarding the day-to-day policy administration requests received such as cover changes, policy contact detail changes, bank detail changes, cancellations, premium queries, reinstatements, and other policy related queries and performing the related administration thereof
- Dealing with intermediaries regarding policy related matters
- Processing policy option changes and issuing amended policy documents
- Various administration related updates
- Resolving undelivered mail items

**Skills**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediary MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
- Good time management
- Planning and organising
- Works well in a team

**Attitude**
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Commitment to meet daily targets
- Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum 2 years Insurance Industry policy administration experience
