**Description**:
- Our client is an independent communications solutions provider based in Century City, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company\'s client base. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships and your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.
- Duties/Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sound Knowledge of all aspects of telecommunications.
- Sound Knowledge of digital Office automation products(Mono & Colour)
