Technology Access Group is seeking an project manager to assist their team in managing data centre auditing and software projects for large corporations throughout Southern Africa. The role is a full
- time position that reports to the company CTO.

We achieve this through innovation, focus, consultation and by establishing an understanding of your business needs. To address our clients current and future needs, we have established two focuses as a one-stop shop for all your requirements namely Data Centre Fit-Out
Infrastructure Solutions and Networking and Structured Cabling Solutions.

**The Team**
TechAccess has a staff compliment of 28 employees made up of sales, production, and operations teams. We have a footprint in South Africa, Zambia, Kenya, Mozambique, Ghana, and Nigeria. Over the past 5 years our company has experienced a period of exponential growth. Our company is at the beginning of an exciting transformation as it prepares for the next step of growth and evolution.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Creates project plans, project charters and project schedules
- Define project schedules, assist with resource allocation, and monitor progress
- Help project team with requirements elicitation and scoping
- Monitor and manage project scope
- Identifies, manages, and resolves issues and risks
- Manage all project documentation
- Report on project progress offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
- Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track and within budget
- Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Track project deliverables
- Enable decision making
- Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
- Foster partnerships and coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and company partners

**Minimum Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager
- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, finance, IT or other relevant field (equivalent experience and a relevant certification may also be considered)
- Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to ProjectManager, JIRA, MS Excel, Teamwork etc.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Certifications such as Agile, PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PfMP, or other credible certification (for example, the Google project management certification)
- Experience with IT and/or software projects
- Knowledge of agile and lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, among others.
- Experience in Agile project management teams

**Remuneration**
R40k - R50k per month (R480k - R600k per annum) depending on experience
