**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the project management team to coordinate and execute construction projects efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure seamless project progress.
- Monitor project advancement, report on significant milestones, and address potential issues promptly.
- Assist in sourcing materials and equipment for projects, optimizing procurement processes.
- Conduct in-depth research and gather essential information to inform project decision-making.
- Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of project files and records.
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and presentations, showcasing key project insights.
- Manage general office administration tasks to facilitate and support the project team.
- Uphold a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Grade 12 Certificate.
- 1-3 years of experience in the building/construction industry.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration.
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural and measurement drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing.
