- At least 3 Years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
- Packing and distributing customer orders made through our online store - booking courier services, packing orders, handing over to the courier, and filing waybills.
- Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling a social media plan each month.
- Assist with any issues regarding the packing and distribution of orders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Driver's license and own transport.

- Positive, proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills - verbal & written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

**Remuneration**:
R 8000 CTC
