The File Assessor will be responsible for assessing patient files for accurate accounting with Scale of Benefits and ARS Contracts as well as assisting the Quality Review department.
SKILLS PROFILE EDUCATION
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Scale of Benefits and ARS contracts
- Private Hospital experience
KNOWLEDGE
- Intermediate Computer literacy (Microsoft office) essential
- Knowledge of Medical Aids.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Must be able to function effectively independently,
- Fluent communication in English essential.
