**Responsibilities**:

- The system specialist is a functional specialist with system expertise that support, analyse and resolve system related issues stemming from operational items. The resource will do daily monitoring of i-docs (interfases) across systems to ensure inventory(risk) accuracy and financial alignment with SAP systems between SAP, NEwspage, JDA WMS and Stratopod.
- The role will be required to monitor, review and correct system SOD controls (Segregation of Authority) to ensure Key Control 305 is met and adhered to across all systems.
- The role will be responsible as support for any system version upgrades, training and super user base knowledge and respository of training materials.
- The role will manage the required role authorisations and new role assignments working closely with BXC as service provider.
- The role will be a central query management and more importantly drive system enhancements translated to operational efficiencies - for instance running zoning and slotting to enable identification of productivity initiates through better warehouse layouts and shorter travel time.
- The role must problem solve operational issues and enable system knowledge to find solutions to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications:

- 3 year Tertiary Qualification in related field
- 5 years management experience in similar role dealing with extensive people management
- Own vehicle necessary
- Willing to work overtime
- The role sees a 30% increase in job scope due to a 2nd resource to come on line in 2023 as we expand the warehouse system implementations and national support
