It is very conveniently operating from Uxbridge which has plenty of local amenities as well as excellent links to the M4, M25 and A40 as well as West Drayton Train Station and Uxbridge tube station (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line).
**Job Brief**:
This is a unique opportunity for an Office Manager to join a rapidly growing Supercar Showroom, taking responsibility from day one. You will be a pivotal member of the team, working closely with Senior Management and acting as a key liaison between GVE and its suppliers.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Years in experience: Min 2 years and more
Matric Certificate
Microsoft office
Diploma/Certificate in Related field
Great comminication skills
Presentable and professional
Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Your main responsibilities as an Office Manager will be**:
- Acting as a main point of contact between Senior Management and external stakeholders. - Organising company-wide events. - Implementing practices and policies in the office to assist with daily operations. - Negotiating contract renewals with suppliers. - Various HR duties, ranging from recruitment and managing employee life cycle. - Managing Health & Safety across the organisation and ensuring adherence to policies. - Assisting the Managing Director and Sales Director in representing the company on projects and representations.
**As an ideal Office Manager, you will**:
- Be presentable, articulate and possess professional mannerisms. - Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment, responsible for direct reports. - Possess a strong level of IT competency, across MS packages and other software. - Ideally have previous recruitment experience and managing employee lifecycle. - Be reliable, hard-working and punctual, able to manage your own prioritise and follow up where necessary.
