**Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the general office maintenance of the Centurion (JHB), Kwa-Zulu Natal, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, and Namibia offices
- Responsible for the issuing of office requirements to new employees
- Responsible for the assistance of asset register for the Centurion (JHB), Kwa-Zulu Natal, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, and Namibia office planning meetings, corporate events or coordinating schedules among staff members of different departments.
- Propose and coordinate projects, furniture reconfigurations, and ongoing office maintenance
- Work with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to develop, maintain and comply with all relevant safety standards
- Provide high level of customer service for external guests and internal guests of all levels of the organization
- Order office supplies for all regions and stock
- Order consumable supplies for various offices and stock kitchens
- Office Admin in a support environment with multitasking and prioritizing required
- Responsible for office admin in six (6) regions
- Fleet insurance to be concluded accurately and timeously
- Travel Arrangements **- **Back up for arrangement for all travel requirements including, but not limited to, accommodation, flights, car hire and cross border travel for all regions of the company and Namibia

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3-5-year office administration experience
- Driver’s License

**Competencies**
- Computer Literate in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel
- Administrative and communication skills
- Systematic and methodical thinking
- Effective Communication with Line Managers, supervisors, internal and external clients
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
