Assistant Facility Manager-pretoria Preparation

Key Performance Areas:

- Manage and lead the administration function within the facility
- Ensure professional service delivery
- Assist in budget process and planning
- Manage assets and stock control
- Assist in the ordering process of coffins and funeral related products from the Factory
- Implement control measures, processes and guidelines in line with the Group’s audit policies
- Assist with management and control of Fleet
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements and building regulations and liaise with relevant authorities on compliance (OHS)
- Monthly reporting
- Manage the performance and development of administrative staff

Minimum Qualifications
- Matric

Knowledge and Experience
- Computer Literate
- 4 Years experience in the Funeral Industry
- Supervisory experience
