**Who can apply?**
- Unemployed youth who **have not previously participated** in the Yes4Youth initiative.
- Aged between 18 and 29
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside close to the workplace area
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must be able to start employment 1 June 2024.
- Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
- Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage
**Duration?**
12-months
**How much will you earn?**
R4900 stipend monthly
**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and provide a professional reception experience.
- Oversee office suppliers, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Order supplies as needed and maintain office facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries.
- Maintain building calendar and coordination of meeting rooms.
- Assist in preparing and distributing documents.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and staff meetings.
- Coordinate office safety measures.
