**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 / Matric plus own transport essential
- Computer Literate, tech savvy and social media experience
- Creative flair, energy, and a people's person
- Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
- An interest in interior decorating or hospitality
- Must be very well groomed

**DUTIES**:

- Meeting and greeting and welcoming incoming clients answering questions as to various products and enquiries
- Liaising telephonically with clients with their enquiries and sales orders
- All administration duties pertaining to various orders
- Invoicing
- Managing point of sale
- Uploading of images onto the website
- Answering enquiries on the website and social media
- Accurate order taking
- Explaining product requirements to client and various options available
- Follow up calls to clients
- Completing excel spread sheets, data capturing details for stock
- Assisting in any areas where help is required with ad-hoc duties
- Working as a team player with all members
