Dealership Administrator - Cape Town CBD

**Job Overview**: The Dealership Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dealership's administrative processes. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, supporting multiple departments, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a well-organized filing system for important documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare and process documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and dealership agreements.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized customer appointment log.
- Work closely with the inventory and sales departments to ensure accurate tracking of vehicle availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate vehicle deliveries and transfers.
- Assist FM with financial record-keeping and reporting
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
