At PBT, we are seeking a skilled IT Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating IT projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources to projects, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and technical assets.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Generate insightful reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential obstacles to project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Change Management: Manage project changes and associated documentation, ensuring proper change control procedures are followed.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and effectively manage their engagement throughout the project.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
- Experience in project administration or coordination is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are advantageous.
