Our client, a Company specializing in Intelligent Software Solutions is looking for a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team.
- Support Project Managers with projects and follow the PMO processes.
- Provide administrative support to allocated Project Managers and project teams.
- Co-ordination and scheduling of meetings for the project teams.
- Taking and distributing minutes.
- Updates of Action lists, Project plans, logging of issues, etc.
- Monitor key project milestones and implementation dates.
**Minimum Requirements**
- About 3-5 years of project administration experience preferably within the financial services industry.
- Intermediate level skill in MS Office including Excel & MS Project or any other project tool & PowerPoint.
