**Project Administrator Job Responsibilities**:

- Assist project/operation managers and sales representatives in planning and organising project activities, including creating schedules, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines.
- Coordinate project meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Monitor project progress, updating project/operation managers on key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Assist in resource allocation and ensure team members have the tools needed to complete tasks.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on project-related topics to inform decision-making.
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking for projects.
- Help prepare project presentations, reports, and other materials.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in managing project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Trello.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
