Currently we are searching for a Call Center supervisor for Johannesburg, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Collect and analyse call-center statistics.
Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.).
Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
Prepare reports for upper management or different departments.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Bachelor degree holder.
Three years experience as call center supervisor.
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and sound professional business judgment.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
