**Purpose of the Job**:

- To provide administration support across the asset team and assist in the managing co-ordinating related projects to ensure that assets are correctly accounted and controlled in order to contribute to Retail objectives.

**What you've done before**:

- National Diploma
- Baseline:
- Diploma in Accounting/Project Management preferred or equivalent work experience.

Advantageous:

- Understanding and Application of the Engen Limits of Authority framework(LoA)
- Experience in project management
- IPPM, SAP, BI (SAP experience in raising requisitions is a requirement)

**What you'll be doing**:

- Raising of requisitions
- Processing of vouchers for payment
- Assets Projects as required to from time to time
- Recover rentals for the alternative property portfolio
- Administrative Support
- Consolidate and manage the administration of the Alternative Portfolio as agreed
- Support to the Retail Assets Manager as required
- Produce and maintain reports as agreed
- Coordinate portfolio rebalance & change request executed in terms of governance framework (LOA)
- Processing JV's
