**About the Position**

Entry level position, looking for recently matriculated part time students.

**Role and responsibilities include the following**:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Word processing and General IT literacy skills.
- Promptly and courteously answering the switchboard, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel, or efficiently record and pass on messages.
- Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and directs visitors to appropriate personnel
- Maintains front printer/copier/scan and assist users.
- Travel bookings - arranging air travel, visas and accommodation with travel agent
- Arranging of conference bookings and team building activities
- Manage booking of meeting rooms.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining data spreadsheets as directed.
- Maintaining orderly filing systems and a neat, clutter-free environment.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Maintain company correspondence and files.
- Collate invoices for month end processing.
- Offering of refreshments to guests.
- Assist visitors to the boardroom.
- Managing the office cleaner and overseeing the office cleaner’s duties
- Preparing credit card statement for processing.
- Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Collecting and distributing post from Post Office
- Managing of publications and librarian duties.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and printing supplies
- Ordering and maintaining water dispenser bottles and tea/coffee supplies
- Drafting letters and other documents
- Conducting of web searches online to find company information (BEE status, contact details, etc.)
- Making tea/coffee for visitors or clients.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Running of general office errands - requires valid driver’s license and own transport
- Conduct Research as per request of CEO
- Assist in TrustFactory Validations as directed by CEO
- Provide Subscriber support
- Miscellaneous tasks as delegated by CEO/CFO/COO.

**Skills required**

**Education** **:Matric Certificate with Bachelors Pass (Mathematics compulsory)**
- Must be security aware and willing to keep updated with technology
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good administrative and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Fast learner - willing to develop a good understanding of validation and verification methods
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Maintains confidentiality
- Participates actively in meetings and taking down of meeting minutes
- Timeously responds to requests for service and assistance
- Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Writing of simple correspondence
- Skillfully gathers and analyses information
- Follows policies and procedures
- Good understanding of validation and verification methods
- Team Player

Education:Matric Certificate with Bachelors Pass (Mathematics compulsory) and currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree

**Salary**: R5,000.00 per month
