A ground-breaking Fin-tech company requires the services of an Employee Benefits Consultant that has extensive legal, technical and retirement fund experience.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where transparency and honesty is most valued. As an employee benefits consultant you will provide a holistic services experience to external employee benefits consultants/ clients as the main point of contact, while creating new opportunities to retain current clients and grow the client base. You will be required to use your legal expertise to manage fund matters with circumspection and confidentiality.

Keeping up to date with Board Notices and Circulars issued by the Financial Services Authority and any changes relating to the Pension Fund Act and FAIS legislation will form an important part of your role. You will not only be interacting with the chairperson of the board, chairpersons of various committees, principal executive officer/s and service providers, you will also be required to attend relevant seminars.

You will employ your extensive experience in employee benefits consulting experience to grow the assets under management by not only providing investments, members, and new business presentations to clients/ consultant, but keeping clients/ consultants up to date with products and processes.

You will be required to keep abreast of the latest TCF information and guidelines to draw TCF management information and ensure TCF is understood and practiced by the funds and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- A graduate qualification in law or finance will be a requirement.
- A post graduate qualification related to employee benefits or law would be advantageous.
- CFP would be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation governing retirement funds
