**What to expect**

You'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the success of our **CRM & Subscriptions Optimization** team. You'll drive overall service delivery strategy, roadmap & innovation, be responsible for P+L of the service, client satisfaction and leading a team of expert consultants.

**What you'll do**
- Own roadmap definition and deliver for CRM and monetization services at Phiture
- Ensure the overall success and growth of CRM and monetization subscription optimization accounts
- Own client growth, team resourcing and profitability, service quality, development and innovation. Work with the experts in the team to expand our service offering
- P+L responsibility
- Troubleshoot problems and take ownership of critical issues
- Identify areas of improvement and efficiencies throughout accounts, service offering and team structure
- Extend our network by attending conferences and engaging with the professional community and relevant industry partners
- Conduct QBRs with clients to measure and improve customer satisfaction
- Promote team development and motivation: support, encourage and empower direct reports to achieve ambitious goals with the help of your experience through coaching and mentorship

**What you bring to us**:

- 5+ years of experience in mobile CRM, retention and/or revenue optimization
- Proven track record of leadership skills and achievements
- Ability to scale a team: Experience growing, managing, motivating and mentoring an international team
- A Growth Mindset: we value impact overactivity and take a data-driven approach
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail and project/program management skills
- Keen interest in retention, engagement, conversion, data, behavioral psychology and mobile
- Experience with building retention, engagement and LTV through marketing automation or product development
- Experience scaling digital subscription products and revenues
- Experience with some or all of the following tools and platforms: Airship, Amplitude, Braze, Clevertap, Leanplum, Localytics, Mixpanel, MParticle, Segment, Branch, OneSignal, Salesforce, Tableau, Periscope, Snowflake, RevenueCat
- Organizational Intelligence: Demonstrable ability to manage complex stakeholder situations (both internal and external), aligning teams and stakeholders around ambitious goals and fostering cross-team collaboration
