**Position: Paid Media Specialist (PPC and Search)**

As a Paid Media Specialist (Focus: Search Media), you will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact search media strategies across platforms like Google, Bing, Yandex, and others. Your primary focus will be on driving targeted traffic, optimising campaigns for maximum ROI, and delivering measurable results that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative search media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing search media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
