Service Delivery Manager

Our client an IT Solutions company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic to manage and oversee operations of service delivery teams on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that products and services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon business solution goals and objectives.
**In order to be considered the following is required**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- 9 or more years of support services, project, or program experience
- 5 or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage functional areas or department account leads on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that business solution objectives are met
- Develop demand forecasts with account teams on small to medium sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services
- Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts
- Manage and approve expenditures for accounts in line with the established policies and procedures
- Manage complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations
- Identify and manage service improvements to increase customer satisfaction
- Manage and ensure delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs
- Partner with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts
- Support developing new business proposals and introduce new technology to enhance business solutions
- Select and hire employees, train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development and work product
- Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions
- Motivate and reward employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines
- Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approval
- Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary
