Job Summary: As a SYSPRO Implementation Consultant at TRG in Cape Town, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the successful implementation and configuration of the SYSPRO ERP system. Your role will involve working closely with clients, understanding their business requirements, and leveraging your technical expertise to tailor SYSPRO solutions that align with their specific needs. You will also play a vital role in providing training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

**Responsibilities**:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed requirements for the SYSPRO implementation project.

System Configuration: Configure the SYSPRO ERP system based on the gathered requirements, ensuring that it aligns with the client's business practices and industry standards.

Customization and Development: Customize and develop additional functionalities within SYSPRO, if necessary, to meet unique client requirements and enhance system capabilities.

Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration from the client's legacy systems to SYSPRO, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the implemented system to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on how to effectively use SYSPRO to maximize its benefits.

Support: Offer post-implementation support to clients, addressing any technical issues, providing guidance, and ensuring their satisfaction with the system.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, configurations, and any customizations made.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SYSPRO's latest features and best practices to recommend improvements and optimize the client's ERP experience continually.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field and/or previous experience.
- Proven experience as a SYSPRO Implementation Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in SYSPRO ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in manufacturing, distribution, and finance domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

- SYSPRO certification or relevant certifications in ERP systems.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
