Our client, in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking the assistance of a vibrant and outgoing Operations and Administration Assistant. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

**Minimum Requirements**:
At least 3 years in an administrative and support operations role.
Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
Possession of a valid license.
Must be reliable and dependable.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Placing orders and managing inventory (monitoring stock levels).
Providing logistics assistance, including tracking deliveries.
Offering general administrative support to various departments and directors.
Scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and managing reception duties.
Acting as a liaison with multi-level marketing companies for reports and related matters.
Coordinating with third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
