Front of House Manager required for prestigious establishment.

**_ Purpose:_**
As the Front of House Manager, you will be directly responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Reception Operation. You will interpret and convey the establishment's mission statement, ensuring decisions are made in the best interest of the operation and the success of the hotel. Your charismatic leadership will inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service, while your entrepreneurial spirit will drive innovation in Food & Beverage processes and products.

**_Profile:_**
Our client is seeking an individual with high energy and business acumen, capable of thinking "outside the box" to meet the evolving needs of our guests. You will act as an ambassador for the establishment within the local community and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your visibility and accessibility will make you a key figure in the team.

**_Relationships:_**
You will collaborate closely with management and departments, ensuring alignment with our standards of product and service. Building relationships with local authorities, competitors, and suppliers will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you'll liaise with Human Resources and recruitment agencies to attract top talent as front of house staff.

**_Responsibilities:_**
The role will involve directing and developing the Reception department, achieving or exceeding cost turnover budgets, and managing the annual budgeting process.
- Keeping the General Manager updated on projects and developments
- Implementing control standards, and coordinating training initiatives to retaining and developing staff.
- Special projects, health and safety compliance, and cost management will also fall under your purview.

**_Requirements:_**
- Hotel Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years of senior-level hospitality industry experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Reception operations
- Hands-on management style, strong leadership skills
- Intermediate to high computer literacy
- Good knowledge of profit & loss and general accountancy
- Adaptability, time management, and communication skills
- Marketing and promotion experience
