Position: Junior Sales Administrator

Location: Rosebank (Johannesburg)

Employment status: Permanent

What You'll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining essential data related to our sales operations. Your duties will include updating customer information, generating reports, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately capture and maintain sales data in our database systems.
- Process and enter sales information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update customer records and information as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries and assisting with order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information and data accuracy.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or sales administration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Being multilingual is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with a Dailer and CRM systems.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (preferably matric) with further education (tertiary) being an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or sales administration is a plus
