Purpose of this role would be to provide professional secretarial service to the Director / Professional Assistant and Paralegals of the Wills / Care administration / Trust and estates department, as well as maintain the wills.
Our client is looking for a suitably qualified and experience secretary, ideally with a legal secretarial qualification. Duties would include:
- Dealing with clients / brokers
- Wills - Registering all new wills and record keeping
- Assisting with care client administration
- FICA - Obtaining FICA from clients for all matters, FICA searches and assessments
- Filing
- Posting of fees
- Loading and processing payments
- Diary control
- Switchboard relieve
