-Our ideal Sales Executive will be a seasoned, well-travelled and tenacious “hunter” capable of generating own leads, closing deals and smashing sales targets.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum Experience Required: 5+ Years proven and verifiable track record selling software solutions into mobile operators across the MEA region
- Extensive travel required (valid passport)

**Further Requirements (Advantageous)**
- Degree/MBA with a focus on Sales & Marketing or similar qualification
- Fluent French-speaking
- Experience in technical pre-sales and compiling commercial documentation
- Experience in the operator BSS/charging/VAS domains

**Job Specification**:
**Strategic Focus**:

- Identifying new business opportunities in the industry
- Researching and analysing potential sales opportunities
- Managing the strategic bid process in response to Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Closing deals to meet agreed sales targets by actively selling our product and service portfolio to prospects and customers in good standing
- Qualifying leads and opportunities arising from marketing and prospecting activities
- Building software support and contract renewal offers
- Tracking performance and providing input to Delivery renewals engagement
- Managing the drafting of quality and compelling proposals and quotations in response to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and general opportunities
- Prospecting via cold calling and lead generation by engaging new, cold or inactive accounts
- Developing and executing sales strategy and account plans in collaboration with other functions in the company
- Providing inputs on pricing strategies and commercial models for the product suite
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Presenting prepared pitches formally to prospects persuading the customer with skilled oration, excellent scripts and compelling content
- Forecasting sales via an accurate and up-to-date Sales Pipeline so that quality sales metrics may be reported to the company in a real-time automated fashion
- Monitoring and communicating customer, market and competitor activity to the rest of the company for strategic insight and reaction
- Researching and recommending new opportunities in the market to the various stakeholders
- Recommending profit and service improvements to the relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards

**Customer Focus**:

- Communicating promptly with customers on all commercial queries until resolution and disposition, relaying all other queries to the appropriate accountable role, resulting in customer satisfaction
- Travelling to meet with customers
- Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance
- Maintaining up-to-date information and data on customer interactions, meetings, issues in the sales pipeline database; and a register of all customers, including the products and service subscriptions they have purchased

**Operational Focus**:

- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information (e.g. new leads and sales offers won and lost)
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
- Assisting Finance with bringing into good standing the accounts of customers requesting sales proposals
