Job Description: Alchemy Recruiting, a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients in Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Present and promote Alchemy Recruiting's services to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with us.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.

Stay up to date with industry developments and attend relevant networking events to expand professional networks.

**Requirements**:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

Strong knowledge of the Johannesburg job market and industries.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel to meet clients as required.
