Must have thorough knowledge of the SETA training cycle i.e., from learner uploads to registration to training to assessing to moderating to external moderation
Computer literate and able to work with a database and create your own database
Ability to work on your own and be self-driven to achieve targets
Ability to manage your own admin
Willing to work in a team that is small and friendly and with a company culture which epitomises teamwork
**Key Roles/Responsibilities**:
- Market the business on your own personal capacity.
- Making appointments with clients.
- Following up on client enquiries.
- Creating and Managing database.
- Conduct consultation/meeting with clients about the services we offer.
Answer and return phones/messages in a timely manner (within 24 hours of receiving enquiry)
Manage all enquiries correspondence
Create and Maintain database of contacts and activities
Schedule appointments
Maintaining a professional office appearance and image
Ensuring all clients are dealt with in a professional manner
Tracks all prospect leads
Collects lead source information
Creates prospect lead files
Ensure keys sales process steps are executed
Ensure all meeting and steps are done in a timely basis
Insure excellent client follow-up and service
Develops, coordinates, and delivers WOW experience for all clients
Ensure all Monthly Quote Enquiry & Sales Reports are correct and given to Director
Innovation and improvement of existing systems and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency
Check in on a daily basis with the Training Co Ordinator (Plan of Action)
Check in once a week with the Training Co Ordinator on marketing released for the week.
Assist in arranging marketing - brand awareness campaigns.
